Single. Upright/trailer. Quarter flared bell shaped 14mm
(1/2") long x 18mm (3/4") wide COROLLA is magenta (58B). Fully
up 27mm (1 1/16") long x 10mm (3/8") wide SEPALS are rose
(48B) shading to light apple green (144D) recurved tips. Proportionately
medium thickness 30mm (1 1/8") long x 6mm (1/4") wide rose
(48B) TUBE is proportionately long. STAMENS extend 2mm (1/16")
beyond corolla with light rose (63D) filaments and magenta (63B) anthers.
PISTIL extends 20mm (3/4") beyond corolla with light rose (63D)
style and light yellow (4C) stigma. 15mm (5/8") long x 20mm
(3/4") wide BUD. FOLIAGE is dark green (147A) on the upper surface,
medium to light olive green (147B/C) on the lower surface with 75mm
(3") long x 45mm (1 3/4") wide ovate shaped leaves, serrate
edges, acute tips and rounded bases. PARENTAGE:
(F.magdalenae x F.fulgens var.
rubra grandiflora) x 'Bicentennial'. Small upright or basket. Prefers
overhead filterd light with
best bloom color in filtered light. Award of Merit, VKC Aalsmeer, The
Netherlands. Tested 4 years in Schaijk, The Netherlands. Distinguished
by: bloom color and shape.
