Single. Upright/Trailer. COROLLA: quarter flared, bell shaped; wavy
petal margins; opens magenta (57A), red-orange base; matures magenta
(57A); 7mm (1/4”) long x 7mm (1/4”) wide. SEPALS: half down, tips recurved;
pink (62C) upper surface; pink (62A) lower surface; 20mm (3/4”) long x 6mm
(1/4”) wide. TUBE: pink (62C); long & thin; 23mm (7/8”) long x 5mm (3/16”)
wide. STAMENS do not extend beyond the corolla; white (155A) filaments &
anthers. PISTIL extends 15mm (9/16”) beyond the corolla; white (155D)
style; white (155A) stigma. BUD is small & long. FOLIAGE is medium green
(137B) upper surface; medium green (138B) lower surface. Leaves are 65mm
(2 9/16”) long x 50mm (2”) wide; ovate shaped, wavy edges, acute tips,
rounded bases. Veins, stems & branches are green. PARENTAGE: ‘Herps
Klephoorn’ x ‘Veenlust’. Lax upright or stiff trailer. Makes good basket
or standard. Prefers overhead filtered light. Best bloom & foliage color
in filtered light. Tested 3 years in Herpen, The Netherlands.
