COROLLA: quarter flared, smooth petal margins; opens cream (11D), large
yellow tips; matures light yellow (11C); 13mm (1/2”) long x 13mm
(1/2”) wide. SEPALS: full down; tips recurved; rose (50B) upper &
lower surfaces; 30mm (1 3/16”) long x 15mm(9/16”) wide. TUBE: rose
(50B) with yellow narrowing near the sepals; medium length, thin; 24mm
(15/16”) long x 7mm(1/4”) wide. STAMENS: do not extend below corolla;
pink (50D) filaments, light yellow (10D) anthers. PISTIL: extends 15mm
(9/16”) below the corolla, pink (50D) style & stigma. BUD: small,
round, pointed. FOLIAGE: yellowish green (144A) upper surface, yellowish
green (144B) lower surface. Leaves are 95mm (3 3/4”) long x 55mm (2
3/16”) wide, ovate shaped, serrulated edges, acute tips and acute
bases. Veins, stems & branches are green. PARENTAGE: [(‘F. magdalenae’
x ‘F. fulgens grandiflora’) x ‘F fulgens goselli
‘] x ‘White King’. Medium upright. Makes good upright or standard.
Prefers overhead filtered light. Best bloom and foliage color in bright
light. Tested 2 years in Herpen, The Netherlands. Award of Merit, VKC,
The Netherlands. Distinguished by yellow on tube and flower/foliage
