tips reflexed; light pink (38D), peach (38B) base tipped yellowish green
(145A) upper surface; light pink (49B), tipped yellowish green (145A)
lower surface; 12mm (1/2”) long x 6mm (1/4”) wide. TUBE is peach
(38B) & light pink (38D); short & thick; 11mm (7/16”) long x
8mm (5/16”) wide. STAMENS do not extend beyond the corolla; pale pink
(56D) filaments; light yellow (11C) anthers. PISTIL extends 6mm (1/4”)
below the corolla; pale pink (56C) style; light pink (65B) stigma. BUD
is elongated. FOLIAGE: dark green (139A) to medium green (138B) upper
surface; medium green (138B) lower surface. Leaves are 69mm (2 ¾”)
long x 35mm (1 3/8”) wide, ovate shaped, serrulated edges, obtuse tips
and cordate bases. Veins are medium green (139C); stems & branches
are medium green (138B). PARENTAGE: [(‘F. magdalenae’ x ‘F.
fulgens grandiflora’) x ‘Wendy van Wanten’] x ‘Prince
Syray’. Small upright. Self branching. Makes good upright. Prefers
overhead filtered light, cool climate. Best bloom & foliage color in
filtered light. Tested 3 years in Herpen, The Netherlands. Meise
8-14-04. Distinguished by flower color.
