Bloem: lange bloem; enkel; rode kleur. Bloembuis: 30 x 7 mm; kleur: rood (47B). Kelkbladen: afm. 13 x 6 mm; buitenkant:rood met paarse punt (43A), binnenkant: rood (43C). Kroonbladen: afm. 10 x 10 mm; oranje-rood; geen spreiding. Helmdraad: rood; steekt 2 mm onder kroonblad uit. Helmknop: geel. Stijl: roze; steekt 5 mm onder kroonblad uit. Stempel:roze. Bloei: normaal. Bloeitijd: normaal. Knop: relatief lang en dik. Blad: ovaalvormig; glad; spitse punt; afgeronde voet; afm. 105 x 55 mm; kleur: bovenkant groen (137A), onderkant groen (138B). Groeiwijze: halfhanger. Kweekwijze: struik of stam voor plaats in  gefilterd licht. Bijzonderheden: rijpere bloemen hebben de kroonblaadjes op steeltjes. Bloem staat horizontaal uit.. Bloeit trosvormig. Stevige bloem.

 
AFS description:   ‘Herps Tomtom’- No 7540 (Waldenmaier 2010) Single. Upright/Trailer. COROLLA: unflared, square shape, smooth petal margins; opens & matures reddish orange (43C); 10mm (3/8") long x 10mm (3/8") wide; older flowers have corolla on threads. SEPALS: half down, tips reflexed; red (43A) tipped purple upper surface; reddish orange (43C) lower surface; 13mm (1/2") long x 6mm (1/4") wide. TUBE is red (47B); long, medium thickness; 30mm (1 3/16") long x 7mm (1/4") wide. STAMENS extend 2mm (1/16”) beyond the corolla; rose (52B) filaments; light yellow (2B) anthers. PISTIL extends 5mm (3/16”) beyond the corolla; light reddish purple (73A) style & stigma. BUD is elongated. FOLIAGE is dark green (137A) upper surface; medium green (138A) lower surface. Leaves are 105mm (4 3/16") long x 55mm (2 3/16”) wide, ovate shaped, smooth edges, acute tips, rounded bases. Veins, stems & branches are red. PARENTAGE: ‘Herps Parachute’ x F. magdalenae. Lax upright or stiff trailer. Makes good basket or upright. Prefers overhead filtered light. Best bloom & foliage color in filtered light. Tested 4 years in Herpen, The Netherlands.  Fuchsia Nieuwigheden Certificering. Distinguished by horizontal flowering.
