Single. Trailer. Nonflaring 15mm (5/8") long x 13mm (1/2")
wide COROLLA is orange (32A) with smooth petal edges. Half down 20mm
(3/4") long x 7mm (1/4") wide SEPALS are orange (41B) on the
upper surface, slightly lighter (33B) on the lower surface with reflexed
tips. Proportionately long thick 40mm (1 5/8") long x 10mm
(3/8") wide TUBE is reddish orange (43C). STAMENS do not extend
below corolla with pink (55C) filaments and yellowish white (158A)
anthers. PISTIL extends 10mm (3/8") below corolla with dark rose
(52B) style and pink (55C) stigma. FOLIAGE is dark green (135A) on the
upper surface, medium green (137C) on the lower surface with 95mm (3
3/4") long x 60mm (2 3/8") wide ovate shaped pubescent leaves,
serrate edges, acute tips and rounded bases. Veins are light red with
green/red stems and branches. PARENTAGE: (F.magdalenae
x F.fulgens var.
rubra grandiflora) x 'Golden Glow'. Stiff trailer will make a good
basket. Prefers overhead filtered light with best bloom color in bright
light and is heat tolerant if shaded. Award of Merit 1988, VKC The
